About Meghan

Meghan Perrin (she/her) thrives in facilitating meaningful dialogues and supporting health and social organizations relating to strategy, governance, collaboration, integrated care and building capacity for impact in both French and English.

Founder and Principal of IMPACT MP, Meghan is also an associate with 4Cimpact (Jodeme Goldhar) and LMDSolutions (Lynne Dupuis). 

Meghan is committed to building capacity in others and has deep knowledge of Ontario's health system, most notably relating to comprehensive primary health care, public health, and community health. She brings a dozen years of experience ranging from health promotion to health policy, governance and French language services, to program management and strategic initiatives. Grounded in anti-oppressive and equitable practices, her approaches are rooted in emergence, collaboration, mindfulness and system change. 

Meghan holds an MHSc in Health Administration from the University of Toronto and a Baccalauréat spécialisé en sciences de la santé from the University of Ottawa and has completed extensive continuing education in the areas of leadership, facilitation, integrated care, health equity, governance, and management consulting.

She is an avid lover of all things outdoors such as kayaking, canoeing, hiking, and cross-country skiing and is open to trying almost any activity that brings her into a forest or out on a lake.  She will often be found reading, painting, cooking, doing yoga, curling, rock climbing or cycling.

She currently lives in Toronto (Tkaronto) and can often be found back in her hometown of Sudbury, ON (N'Swakamok).
